  • Get your brews ready and your palates cleansed for the third annual SCH-ABC! Entrants, judges, and stewards are all encouraged to participate, and remember, EVERY BEER COUNTS. Last year's EPHY came down to the SCH-ABC Best of Show table, and we expect another close race this year.

About the Brewery

One Sunday evening, two brothers were standing in front of an electric stove, stirring their first malt extract. With a magnificent yet pungent odor of a grainy malty substance filling the air, they had noticed that there was something missing from the brew. As the brothers pondered the situation reviewing the recipe of the infamous "Chow- Chow Nut Brown Ale", they realized that they have fulfilled the requirements for making a malty brew containing no "Hops" at all, but this was not the problem. The brothers both felt that something was just not right. They stepped back from the bubbling brown substance that they have created with their bare hands, and before this wonderful substance was to be placed into a sink containing 32 pounds of ice, they proceeded to drink copious amounts of beer hoping that the nectar of the Gods would help enlighten them. They still could not think of what was missing from the brew. As the night wore on, and the brew cooled, the brothers suddenly fell into a drunken sleep. During their slumber, one brother had a dream. We cannot discuss the content of that dream due to content. But the other brother had a very different dream. This brother, after getting through the dream that he was David Hasselhoff on Baywatch, had dreamt that his middle brother, an officer of the law, had raided a keg that he hosted for his friends. This startled the one brother, so he had awoken the other brother and told him the horrible dream. The brother consoled the other brother and suddenly, as if a light bulb appeared above his head, the brother finally knew what was missing from the brew, the middle brother!!! (We lost track of which brother had this revelation at this point). The brother proclaimed this to the other brother, speaking in the tounges of their fore fathers. The brothers rejoiced singing the carols Dzisiaj w Betlejem, and Hallelujah, while consuming more beer. In reference to the brother's dream, the brothers stated to each other "Pan z Wami" and named their brewery "2 of 3 Brothers Brewery."
