A group of SCH brewers visited Victory Brewing Company on 6 March and grilled GM Matt Krueger on Victory's process, ingredients, beer, and equipment! Matt's usual 1-hour tour ended up taking over two hours, and he later reported that he had a blast showing us around!
Plans are being made for our next field trip, sometime this summer.
