Ah, winter brewing - the time when we make all of those crisp lagers for the summer! SCH has been busy - we hosted our fifth annual SCH Amateur Brewing Championship (with over 300 entries, a new record), participated in the Keystone Barrel Brew Challenge (our Bourbon Barrel Sticke Alt is aging nicely), and our annual Winter Social rings in the new brewing year!
